Case Study: Tytec Recycling 2016 MinEXPO

Tytec came to us needing a complete marketing solution to showcase their cutting edge OTR tyre recycling system for the 2016 MinEXPO in Las Vegas. MinEXPO is no small affair and Westways knew it was important to use every opportunity to attract as much attention as possible to the Tytec Recycling booth and generate interest, while communicating directly to the customers priorities.



Westways prepared plans for the whole area from furniture to wall graphics and displays to ensure the finished result was a functional space which allowed Tytec's reps to do their job while branding and graphics conveyed a unified message - that used tyres are worth real money. The display included 3m high OTR tyres with inlaid graphics as well as tables styled as 44 gallon drums to give people an immediate sense of just how a single tyre is worth. This use of these large scale props helped to distinguish Tytec from the crowd.



In addition to printed signage and display graphics Westways also managed the complete production of an animated video presentation including script writing, editing, animation and voiceover. The video was developed to play on a loop to offer prospective customers the full story behind Tytec Recycling's new technology and what it can offer them.



The final polish was added with an array of printed marketing material and promotional products including brochures, branded recycled pens, pen holders, bar mats and a custom designed usb drive preloaded with the Tytec Recycling video presentation and brochures.



The end result was an eye catching and professional expo booth which allowed staff and directors to get down to business and generate plenty of leads for Tytec.
